Our inspiring Nursery Manager provides professional leadership and management to their teams of dedicated practitioners. Effectively managing the day-to-day running of the nursery and ensuring the highest standards of care, development and compliance.
Assistant Managers
Supporting our Nursery Manager and forming an integral part of the nursery leadership structure, providing professional leadership and management to the team.
Room & Lead Supervisors
Overseeing the running of specific age groups, offering continual leadership and support to all practitioners across the nursery.
Nursery Practitioners
The life blood of our nursery. They are responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and development for your child. Ensuring the individual needs of every child are identified and met, they are the link between the children, our people and families.
Administration
Our nursery administrators play a vital role in the smooth running of NEXT Steps Nursery. Supporting the nursery managers & staff by dealing with administrative tasks such as enrolling new children, Government Funding, organising children & staff records, communicating with families etc.
Kitchen
Our nursery Chef's will plan, prepare & cook nutritious balanced meals everyday for our children whilst considering allergies. Always adhering to food safety & hygiene standards. They also have a team of kitchen assistants who support them in ensuring their working environment is clean and tidy.
Other Key Employees
Our nurseries are supported by other key colleagues such as domestic assistants and maintenance personnel, who all contribute and make us who we are.
