If you are on a return to work free incentive and you intend to withdraw your child from the nursery, or to reduce their sessions, you must give 4 months notice in writing. Where such notice is not given as set out above, a month’s fees must be paid in lieu of notice. The only exceptions to this rule is; 1) if you are not longer a NEXT employee and 2) if your contract days have altered whereby we would only require 4 weeks notice.
If you have already confirmed and registered your child's place, but need to make a change, delay the start date by more than a month, or cancel the place, you must let us know 6 weeks before the agreed start date. If you make any changes after this time, you may be required to pay up to one month of nursery fees, unless we are able to fill the place with another child. The amount you pay will depend on the notice period given. For example, if you give 5 weeks' notice, you would be charged 1 week of fees.
If you are offered and decline the specific place you requested at the nursery (for whatever reason), you will be removed from the waiting list and will need to reapply for a new place in the future.
If you are offered an alternative place that you choose to decline, you can remain in your current position on the waiting list. Alternatively, you can choose to leave the waiting list.
