We have weekly, part time and sessional fees to suit all needs. Fees are charged for 51 weeks and spread over 12 equal instalments. All full paid fees will include all food and drinks (including formula for babies), nappies, barrier cream, wipes and sun cream.
Payment must be made monthly in arrears via direct deductions from salary where possible. Any adjustments to your standard monthly fee will be shown clearly.
Employees may make use of the salary sacrifice scheme* which will be available for payment of the fees. Where two employees wish to split the payment of fees, we reserve the right to apply the fee to the higher earner in the first instance and only to the second employee if a balance is owing. This ensures the most tax efficient process for the salary sacrifice* scheme. Your fees will be view-able on the online parent app (Famly) we use, usually on or just before the 26th of each month. Outstanding fees must be settled by within 7 days of the invoice date. Normally, all fees will be deducted from salary. Where they are not, for any fees that remain unpaid after the 7th day of the invoice date, we reserve the right to make a 5% surcharge on all outstanding accounts. We reserve the right to cancel your place if arrears amount to more than 3 months total fees.
Normal fees apply during time off for sickness and annual leave (this too includes all bank holidays). Fees will not be reduced if your child does not attend allocated days. No charge will be made for the one week we are closed at Christmas. However, to ensure your fees are the same each PCM we spread the chargeable 51 weeks over 52.
All fees will be reviewed annually. NB: If there is a shortfall in your total fees owing, after deductions from your salary under a salary sacrifice* scheme (which is subject to the National Minimum Wage regulations) then any fees owing after salary sacrifice* deductions will be subject to payment by an agreed alternative method.
