DROP OFF & COLLECTION

We understand that work commitments can sometimes cause unexpected delays. We offer a flexible approach for occasional late collections, with no charge for children collected later than 6:00pm. This flexibility is intended for work related delays only and does not extend beyond 7:00 pm.

If you think you'll be later than 6:00pm, please call the nursery by 5:15pm to let us know. This helps prevent us from worrying or calling you unnecessarily. We also ask that you pick up your child as soon as you can to avoid any upset to them while they are waiting.

For your child's safety, if anyone other than a named parent or guardian is collecting them, you must inform us immediately. We will require a full description of the person and a password for collection.
